| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou kárné odpovědnosti soudců. Přičemž je kladen důraz na obecné pojmy, jež vyplývají z právní úpravy vztahujíc se k danému tématu, jakožto pochopitelně k samotné právní úpravě. V neposlední řadě je věnován taktéž prostor judikatuře kárného soudu čili Nejvyššího správního soudu. Začleněna je rovněž komparace konkrétně Polska, kterak nabízí vhled a dopad v podobě stinných stránek v rámci politických změn směřující vůči destabilizaci soudnictví, respektive toho, co má představovat a deklarovat. | cs |
