| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce je zaměřena na kooperační možnosti, podle kterých by se mohl podnik řídit, aby si zachoval své místo na trhu, nebo jej vylepšil. Téma jsem si vybral zejména proto, že v analyzovaném podniku se pohybuji několik let a o některé z možností se podnik aktivně zajímal. První část je zaměřena především na teoretické pojmy pro lepší pochopení problematiky a dalších základních definicí, o kterých pojednává praktická část bakalářské práce. Druhá část odhaluje ekonomickou situaci, ve které se momentálně podnik nachází. V této části získáme důležitá data pro návrhy budoucího postupu. Třetí část je pak zaměřena na varianty, které by podnik měl zhodnotit a následný výběr optimálního řešení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The focus of this thesis is on the exploration and understanding of cooperative possibilities, which given businesses can follow to sustain or improve their market share. The author has chosen the topic due to his work experience in the analyzed company as well as shown interest in the future results of the aforementioned business. The theoretical part of the paper is focusing on research of existing theories to provide a thorough understanding of the challenges and key definitions, which are further explored in the empirical part of this thesis. The second part of the paper is providing an analysis of the current economical situation of the company. Those data points will provide necessary inputs to form a hypothesis for future recommendations. The third part of the thesis describes various recommendations that could be considered by the given business as well as the selection of the optimal approach. | en |
