dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce čerpá z odborné literatury a zabývá se teoretickými východisky finanční analýzy. Definuje, kdo jsou uživatelé a jaké zdroje dat se obvykle používají k vytvoření analýz. Dále jsou zde rozvedené jednotlivé metody a nástroje, jako jsou stavové ukazatele, rozdílové ukazatele, poměrové ukazatele a soustavy ukazatelů. V praktické části práce se aplikují teoretické poznatky na konkrétní podnik Kermi s.r.o. Tato část se snaží dodržet obsahovou strukturu teoretické části práce. Skládá se z popisu společnosti a vlastního výpočtu ukazatelů finanční analýzy s komentáři k výsledkům. Celá práce je zakončená zhodnocením výsledků, kterých společnost dosáhla s předložením návrhu na zlepšení budoucí situace tohoto podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis. The thesis is separated into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is based on specialized bibliography and it is dealing with theoretical foundations of the financial analysis. It defines who the users of analysis are and what data sources are usually used to create the analysis. Then there are examined individual methods and tools such as absolute, differential, ratio and aggregate economic indicators. In the practical part of thesis, there is applied theoretical knowledge in order to create financial analysis for concrete company Kermi Inc. This part is trying to maintain the structure of contents used in the theoretical part of thesis. This part is composed of company description, the actual calculation and explanation of the economic indicators. Whole thesis is finished with summarization of company results and suggestions that should improve future company situation.en
