dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zabývá především různým způsobem financování podnikatelského a nepodnikatelského subjektu. První kapitola objasňuje pojem finanční řízení, jeho předmět a cíle. Dále vysvětluje finanční analýzu a její části pro podnikatelské i nepodnikatelské subjekty jako jeden z hlavních nástrojů finančního řízení. Jsou zde uvedeny nejdůležitější ukazatele finanční analýzy pro oba typy subjektů. Praktická část je zaměřena na jednoho zástupce podnikatelského subjektu a jednoho zástupce nepodnikatelského subjektu. Na každém zástupci je demonstrován rozdílný způsob financování a rozdílný přístup ve finančním řízení k jednotlivým oblastem finanční analýzy. Z informací zjištěných o obou subjektech vychází závěrečná část práce, která obsahuje shrnutí rozdílů ve financování a finančním řízení obou subjektů, hodnocení efektivity financování a návrhy na zlepšení v těchto oblastech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is mainly about different ways of financing of business and non-business entity. The first chapter clarifies financial management, its subject and objectives. Then it explains financial analysis and its parts as one of the main instrument of financial management for business and non-business entity. It includes the most important indexes of financial analysis for both types of entities. The practical part is focused on one representative of a business entity and one representative of a non-business entity. By means of both representatives are shown different ways of financing and different ways of financial management of some parts of financial analysis. The final part is based on acquired information and contains a summary of differences in financing and financial management, evaluation of financing efficiency and suggestions for these areas.en
