Text se zaměřuje na základní pojmové znaky závislé práce. Autor se věnuje judikatuře vysokých soudů spolu s aktuálně navrhovanou novelou zákona o zaměstnanosti. Text obsahuje úvahy de lege ferenda ve vztahu k zákonné definici závislé práce.
The text focuses on the basic conceptual features of dependent work. The author deals with the jurisprudence of the high courts together with the currently proposed amendment to the Employment Act. The text contains de lege ferenda considerations in relation to the legal definition of dependent labour.
