dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje problematiku investice v obecné rovině. Rozděluje investice podle základního členění a následně pojednává o investičním rozhodování a tvorbě investiční strategie. Poté se věnuje metodám sloužícím k hodnocení efektivnosti investic. V praktické části jsou vyhotoveny vlastní výpočty ke zhodnocení efektivnosti zvoleného investičního projektu. Na závěr je zvolená investice zhodnocena a navazuje na ní krátký komentář k budoucnosti investic do solární energie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the assesment of the economic efficiency of the invesment. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the issue of investment in general. It divides investments according to the basic classification a then analyzes investment decision making and investment strategy creation. The thesis then deals with methods used to evaluate the efficiency of the investment. In the practical part are elaborated own calculations to evaluate the efficiency of the choosen investment project. The thesis ended with the evaluation of the selected investment project and it is followed by short commentary on the future of solar energy investments.en
