dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje analýze interní komunikace v malé organizaci. Teoretická část je zaměřená na komunikaci v obecné rovině, především na komunikační proces, druhy a formy komunikace, bariéry v komunikaci. Dále je představena interní komunikace, její cíle, funkce, druhy a formy. V závěru teoretické části je popis fungující a nefungující interní komunikace. Výzkumná část se zabývá analýzou interní komunikace v Dětských skupinách a rehabilitačním stacionáři. Analýza byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Dotazníkové šetření bylo zaměřeno na pohled zaměstnanců, zatímco rozhovor byl analyzován z perspektivy vedoucí pracovnice. Výsledky z obou šetření byly porovnány a došlo k identifikaci problémových oblastí. Výzkumná část je zakončena návrhy, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení současného stavu interní komunikace v již zmíněné organizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe analysis of internal communication in a small organisation is the subject of the bachelor thesis. The theoretical part is focused on communication in general, especially on the communication process, types and forms of communication, barriers in communication. Furthermore, internal communication, its objectives, functions, types and forms are presented. The theoretical part concludes with a description of functioning and non-functioning internal communication. The research part deals with the analysis of internal communication in Children's Groups and Rehabilitation Residential Centre. For the analysis, a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview were used. The focus of the questionnaire survey was on the employees' point of view, while the focus of the interview was on the managers' point of view. The results of both surveys were compared and problem areas identified. The research concludes with recommendations that could contribute to improving the current state of internal communication in the aforementioned organisation.en
