dc.description.abstractDisertační práce Tělo jako jazyk: metamorfózy těla v pojetí umění a vědy u Josého Gila zkoumá vztah mezi tělem a jazykem v kontextu současného umění, estetiky a filosofie. Práce se zaměřuje na koncepci těla jako dynamického prostředníka mezi vnitřními a vnějšími silami v rámci uměleckého projevu, zejména v tanci. Vyzdvihuje přístupy portugalského filosofa a estetika Josého Gila a jeho interpretaci tělesnosti a virtuality. Skrze analýzu Gilovy práce se disertace zabývá možnostmi těla jako nositelů smyslu a významu nezávislých na tradičních verbálních jazycích, a poukazuje na další významové jednotky, které umělecký jazyk přináší.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe dissertation The Body as Language: Metamorphoses of the Body in the Conception of Art and Science in the Works of José Gil examines the relationship between the body and language in the context of contemporary art, aesthetics, and philosophy. The work focuses on the concept of the body as a dynamic intermediary between internal and external forces within artistic expression, particularly in dance. It highlights the approaches of Portuguese philosopher and aesthetician José Gil and his interpretation of corporeality and virtuality. Through an analysis of Gil's work, the dissertation explores the possibilities of the body as a bearer of meaning independent of traditional verbal languages and points to additional units of meaning that artistic language brings.en
