dc.description.abstractV této práci se věnuji problematice rizika vzniku syndromu vyhoření u všeobecných sester. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Na teoretickou část a na praktickou část. V první části se věnuji pojmu syndromu vyhoření kdo tento pojem definoval, jaké jsou jeho projevy, příčiny a průběh. V závěru práce se zaměřuji na prevenci a na faktory, které pomáhají při duševní hygieně. V druhé, praktické části, analyzuji výsledky z předem rozdaných standardizovaných dotazníků. Cílem speciální části je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou sestry pracující na oddělení v nemocni přetížené, frustrované a jaká je jejich náchylnost ke stresu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is devoted to the issue of burnout syndrome in the general nursing profession. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The general part and the practical part. The first section explains the concept of burnout syndrom, who is a representative of this concept. What the symptoms, causes and course of burnout are. At the end of the first part I focus on the prevention and the importance of the factors of mental hygiene. In the second practical part I analyze the results of the standardized questionnaires distributed in advance. The aim of the practical part is find out what is the extent of overloaded, frustration, and susceptibility to stress for the nurses working in hospital.en
