Sídliště z pozdní doby halštatské z Hejné, okr. Klatovy

Abstract

Článek se zabývá pozdně halštatským sídlištěm v poloze „Pod Ždánovem“, cca 2,1 km jihozápadně od obce Hejná, okr. Klatovy. Na jaře roku 1984 jej nalezl spolupracovník expozitury Archeologického ústavu v Plzni Pavel Holub a poté uskutečnili A. Beneš a P. Braun společně s nálezcem povrchové sběry a vzorkování. Na čerstvě zoraném poli bylo pozorováno 11 nálezových koncentrací se zlomky keramických nádob, mazanicí a struskou, mezi další nálezy patří keramický přeslen, zlomek kamenného brousku, zlomky jehlancovitých závaží, hrudky grafitu a žlutý skleněný korál s modrobílými očky. V místě koncentrace 4 byla odkryta plocha o průměru cca 1,5 m s bohatými nálezy, která byla poté zasypána pro budoucí plošný výzkum. Jedná se o lokalitu s bohatými nálezy představující rozšíření sídelní oikumeny v pozdní době halštatské na toku Otavy.

The paper focuses on a Late Hallstatt settlement at the location Pod Ždánovem, approximately 2.1 km southwest of the village of Hejná (Klatovy District). It was discovered in the spring of 1984 by Pavel Holub, a collaborator of the Plzeň branch of the Institute of Archaeology, after which A. Beneš and P. Braun, together with the discoverer, carried out surface collections and sampling. Eleven concentrations of finds were observe in the freshly plowed field, including fragments of ceramic vessels, daub, and slag. Other artefacts comprise a ceramic spindle whorl, a fragment of a stone grinder, fragments of pyramidal weights, lumps of graphite, and a yellow glass bead with blue-and-white eyes. At the site of concentration 4, an area of approximately 1.5 m in diameter with rich finds was uncovered and later backfilled for future excavation. This site represents a location with abundant finds, contributing to the understanding of the expansion of settlement in the Late Hallstattperiod along the Otava River.
