dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá trestnými činy proti životu zdraví spáchanými nedbalostním zaviněním. Začátek práce je věnován trestným činům obecně. Velká část je věnována formám zavinění, obzvlášť nedbalosti. Největší část práce je zaměřena na jednotlivé trestné činy proti životu a zdraví spáchané nedbalostním zaviněním. Část práce je také věnována srovnání se zahraničím.cs

Big part of the work is devoted to description of forms of culpability, especially description in the form of negligence. The biggest part of this work is focused on analysis of crimes against health and life caused by negligence. The part of the work is also comparation with countries.en
