dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice trestného činu znásilnění. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část komplexně vysvětluje a popisuje trestný čin znásilnění, historický vývoj jeho úpravy, skutkovou podstatu a následně jeho vymezení v právním systému. V praktické části je uveden konkrétní příklad trestného činu v České republice, úprava tohoto trestného činu v Jihoafrické republice a následné srovnání těchto právních úprav.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with issues of the crime of rape. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part comprehensively explains and describes the crime of rape, historical development of its modifications, merits and consequently its definition in the legal system. The particular part is a specific example of a crime in the Czech Republic, the treatment of this crime in South Africa and the subsequent comparison of these laws.en
