dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu postojů a názorů studentů magisterských oborů pedagogických fakult na novelu zákona o pedagogických pracovnících (č. 563/2004 Sb.), která přinesla do českého školství řadu změn. Cílem práce je zmapovat vnímání studentů ohledně dopadů této novely na jejich profesní dráhu učitele. Pro výzkum byla použita metoda kvantitativního šetření formou dotazníku, který byl distribuován studentům magisterských oborů pedagogických fakult v České republice. Výsledky práce by mohly přinést cenné poznatky pro tvůrce vzdělávací politiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the attitudes and opinions of students of master's fields of pedagogical faculties on the amendment to the Act on Pedagogical Workers (No. 563/2004 Coll.), which brought a few changes to the Czech education system. The aim of the thesis is to map the students' perception of the impact of this amendment on their professional career as a teacher. For the research, a quantitative survey method was used in the form of a questionnaire, which was distributed to students of master's courses of pedagogical faculties in the Czech Republic. The results of the work could bring valuable insights for educational policy makers.en
