dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ekonomické situace podniku Vysoká, a. s. První kapitola obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku zvoleného podniku. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje teoretická východiska finanční analýzy, jedná se zejména o definici samotného pojmu finanční analýza, uživatelů a zdrojů informací finanční analýzy, horizontální a vertikální analýzu, analýzu rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů a analýzu soustav ukazatelů. Teoretická část se prolíná s částí praktickou, která přináší konkrétní výsledky o finančním zdraví podniku a byla provedena na základě dat z finančních výkazů z let 2009 ? 2012. Třetí část je zaměřena na zhodnocení ekonomické situace společnosti. Poslední část je věnována návrhů možnostem vývoje ekonomické situace podniku a následným způsobům uplatnění navrhovaných změn.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to assess the economic situation of the enterprise Vysoká, a. s. The first chapter characterizes the chosen enterprise. The second chapter explains financial analysis theory, especially the definition of financial analysis, users and resources of information for financial analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of differential and proportional indicators and system of indicators analysis. The theory is connected with the practical part which provides concrete results of the financial health of the enterprise and was carried out on the basis of data of the financial statements from the years 2009 ? 2012. The third part assesses the financial situation of the enterprise. The last part focuses on the proposals of a possible development of the financial situation of the enterprise and ways of implementing proposed changes.en
