dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá finančním hospodařením města Vejprty. Cílem práce je pomocí analýzy příjmů a výdajů města odhalit silné a slabé stránky hospodaření a na základě zjištěných skutečností navrhnout případné návrhy na zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V části teoretické je definována územní samospráva a obec jako základní článek územní samosprávy. Dále je definován rozpočet obce a jeho příjmová a výdajová stránka. Praktická část začíná stručným přiblížením analyzovaného města. Následuje samotná analýza hospodaření v letech 2009 až 2012. Analýza se zaměřuje na příjmy, výdaje a financování rozdělené na třídy dle rozpočtové skladby. Analyzována je i zadluženost města. Nakonec je nastíněn schválený rozpočet na rok 2013 a poukázáno na změny. V závěru jsou navržena některá doporučení na zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the financial management of Vejprty town. The main purpose is to find out the strongest and weakest sides of the town financial management by using its income and cost analysis. Furthermore on the base of these detected information to suggest possible proposals for prospect on the financial side. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Firstly, the theoretical part describes local government and the town as the basic element of a local government. The goal of the second part is to define the town budget and its incomes and costs. This part begins by introducing the analysed town followed by particular analysis between the years 2009 and 2012. The analysis is focused on the income, costs and financing which is divided according to budget structure. The town indebtedness is also included in this part. Eventually, there is an approved budget for the year 2013 accompanied by changes. Proposal for changes are summarized in the conclusion.en
