dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na účetnictví v malých a středních podnicích a na možnosti optimalizace z účetního i daňového hlediska. V práci jsou nejdříve vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se daného tématu, které byly zpracovány na základě vybrané literatury. Následně jsou blíže představeny změny, které proběhly v oblasti účetnictví za roky 2016 a 2017 a také změny za tyto roky v oblastí daní, dále je představen daňový systém České republiky a jednotlivé pojmy s tím spojené. Praktická část je zaměřena na možnosti účetní i daňové optimalizace ve firmě Europa Trade Servis, s.r.o. V závěru práce následuje vyhodnocení zjištěných informací a dále navržení několika konkrétních změn, které by byly pro zkoumaný podnik vhodné z hlediska správné optimalizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy bachelor thesis is focused on accountancy in small and middle sized companies and on optimization options for accounting and tax purposes. At first, in the theoretical part, there are explained basic concepts related to the topic which were processed on the basis of selected literature. Afterwards, there are further introduced some changes which took place in the field of accounting and taxation during the years 2016 and 2017. Furthermore, there is also introduced the tax system of the Czech Republic and individual terms associated with it. The practical chapter of this thesis is specialized on accounting ang taxing optimization options in the company Europa Trade Servis Ltd. In the final part of the thesis follows the evaluation of the collected information and then a suggestion for several specifis changes which would be suitable for the examined company from the point of view of the correct optimization.en
