| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trestu obecně prospěšných prací a jeho úpravou v českém právním řádu. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na celé téma z hlediska historického vývoje obecně prospěšných prací, současné právní úpravy a řešení praktických otázek. Práci je rozčleněna do pěti kapitol, v nich se věnuji vývoji právní úpravy, systému alternativních trestů, procesu ukládání a výkonu trestu a komparaci právních úprav některých zahraničních států. | cs |
