dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací překážek a příležitostí v destinačním managementu. Obecně popisuje destinační management a pojmy s ním spojené. Následně popisuje potencionální překážky a příležitosti. Následuje metodická část, ve které pomocí dotazníkového šetření byly identifikovány překážky a příležitosti, které se shodovaly s těmi, co jsou v rešeršní části. Po zjištění překážek a příležitostí byla navržena opatření, která by mohla vést k eliminaci překážek a k využití příležitostí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with obstacles and opportunities in destination management. This bachelor thesis describes destination management and the concepts associated with it. Then describes potential obstacles and opportunities. The methodic part follows. In this part are obstacles and opportunities identified by using a questionnaire survey. Obstacles and opportunities are the same as in the research part of this bachelor thesis. After all measures have been proposed, these measures could lead to the elimination of the obstacles and the use of opportunities.en
