| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá projektem eJustice, jež zpracovalo Ministerstvo spravedlnosti. Vychází z projetku eGovernment, příčemž oba projekty vychází z předpisů Evropské Unie. Práci je rozdělena na část úvodní, pojednávající o strategii eJustice, zpracovanou Ministerstvem spravedlnosti, část zabývající se aktuální implementací elektronických platforem do české justice. Závěr práce je věnován elektronizaci justice v Rakousku, kde již úspěšně proběhla. | cs |

Based on the eGovernment project, both projects are based on European Union regulations. The thesis is divided into the introductory part, the part dealing with the eJustice strategy, elaborated by the Ministry of Justice, the part dealing with the current implementation of electronic platforms in the Czech justice system. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the electronization of justice in Austria, where it has already been successful. | en |
