| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelnosti v podnikání. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza strategie udržitelnosti ve zvoleném podniku. Dílčími cíli jsou teoretické vymezení pojmu udržitelnost a na něj navazujících dalších pojmů a představení podniku zvoleného k analýze. Zatímco první tři kapitoly se věnují teoretickým pojmům, čtvrtá a pátá kapitola se zaměřují na samotný podnik a jeho analýzu. Využita je metoda analýzy dokumentů společnosti Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s., konkrétně obsahová analýza. Zaměřuje se především na výroční zprávy, nefinanční reporty a zprávy o odměňování společnosti. Na obsahovou analýzu navazuje dotazníkové šetření, které se zaměřuje zejména na povědomí o aktivitách společnosti Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s., souvisejících s udržitelností a ESG. Výstupem celkové analýzy je závěrečné shrnutí a návrhy pro zlepšení, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení udržitelného chování společnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of sustainability in business. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the sustainability strategy of a selected company. The partial goals include the theoretical definition of the term sustainability and related concepts, as well as the introduction of the company chosen for the analysis. While the first three chapters are dedicated to theoretical concepts, the fourth and fifth chapters focus on the company itself and its analysis. The methodology used is document analysis of the company Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s., specifically content analysis. The focus is primarily on annual reports, non-financial reports, and remuneration reports of the company. The content analysis is followed by a questionnaire survey that mainly explores the public's awareness of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s.'s activities related to sustainability and ESG. The outcome of the overall analysis is a final summary and a set of recommendations that could contribute to improving the company's sustainable behaviour. | en |
