dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je analýza řízení nákladů se zaměřením na finanční náklady a náklady na reklamace v podniku MikroPlastik. V úvodu práce jsou zmíněny základní informace o podniku, poté následuje vymezení pojmu nákladů a jejich možné třídění. Je zde uvedena struktura a vývoj nákladů v podniku MikroPlastik v letech 2007-2011. Dále jsou zde vymezeny pojmy související s reklamací. Jedná se o pojmy reklamace, reklamace dle obchodního zákoníku a postup při reklamaci v podniku. Na definice zmíněných pojmů navazuje způsob řešení reklamací v podniku. Součástí této práce je i definice finančních nákladů. Podrobně je zde rozebrána struktura finančních nákladů v podniku MikroPlastik, vývoj nákladů v letech 2007-2011 a faktory, které ovlivňují jejich výši. Na závěr této práce jsou navrženy možné způsoby snížení finančních nákladů a nákladů na reklamaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the Bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of costs with the target of the financial costs and the costs of claims in MikroPlastik organization. In the introduction the basics information about the organization are mentioned,then after following the demarcation of the concept of costs and their possibility of classification.There is given the structure and development of the costs in MikroPlastik in the years of 2007-2011. Further there are defined the terms concerning the claims. It is the terms claims, claims along the Commercial Code and the procedure during the claims in the organization. After the definitions of the mentioned terms follows the way of the execution of the claims in the organization.Part of this work is also the definitition of the financial costs.In details there is sold out the structure of the financial costs in MikroPlastik-development of the costs in years 2007-2011 and the factors, which influence their size. In the conclusion of my work there are proposed the possible ways of reduction of the financial costs and the costs of claims.en
