dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřená na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající podnik Cioccolato cukrárna, s.r.o., který se bude nacházet ve městě Plzeň. V první částí jsou popsány základní teoretické informace týkající se podnikání, založení podniku a právních forem podnikání. Dále jsou popsány všechny nezbytné části podnikatelského plánu, které jsou podrobně rozebrány a aplikovány na konkrétní podnik v praktické části této práce. Dále praktická část obsahuje finanční plán, ve kterém jsou rozepsány počáteční investice, bod zvratu, plánovaný výkaz zisku a ztrát dle třech variant. Nechybí tam i analýza rizik. Závěrem této práce je celkové zhodnocení podnikatelského plánu, které určuje, zda je tento záměr reálný.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on creating a business plan for the newly established company Ciocolato cukrárna, s.r.o., which will be located in the city of Pilsen. The first part describes the basic theoretical information concerning business, business establishment and legal forms of business. Further are described all the necessary parts of the business plan, which are analyzed in detail and applied to a specific company in the practical part of this work. Furthermore, the practical part contains a financial plan, which describes the initial investment, break-even point, planned profit and loss statement according to three variants. There is also a risk analysis. The conclusion of this work is an overall evaluation of the business plan, which determines whether this intention is realistic.en
