dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na vzdělávací procesy ve veřejné správě v rámci Městského úřadu v Radnicích. Městský úřad Radnice je instituce poměrně malé velikosti, vzhledem k počtu obyvatel města, pohybujícím se kolem 1 700 obyvatel. První část této bakalářské práce se zabývá teoretickým základem a byla zpracována z dostupné odborné literatury. Druhou část tvoří popis a analýza organizace i samotného vzdělávání. Hlavními zdroji informací pro tuto část byly osobní konzultace s vedoucími pracovníky, dotazníkové šetření a tzv. zákon o úřednících. Poslední části jsou návrhy opatření, které jsou výstupem této práce a měly by přispět k celkovému zlepšení situace v organizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor?s thesis is focused on educational processes in public administration within Municipal Authority of Radnice. Municipal Authority of Radnice is quite small institution considering the number of population of the town which is about 1 700. The first part of the thesis is dealing with a theoretical basis and it was made from an available literature. The second part presents the description and the analysis of the organization as well as the education. Main sources of information for this part of the thesis were personal consultation with chief officers, questionnaire survey and so called law on civil servants. The last part is created of suggestions of measures which is the output of the thesis. They should contribute to total improvement of the situation in the organization.en
