dc.description.abstractTématem této práce je investiční studie. Představuje aplikaci statistiky a finanční matematiky na reálný příklad, konkrétně nákup a používání domácí pekárny z pohledu individuálního investora. Díky veřejným datovým zdrojům je provedena analýza nákladů a výnosů jednotlivých strategií. Výchozí odhady spotřeby pečiva jsou určeny pomocí bodové predikce časových řad. Pro investiční rozhodování je použito čtyř kritérií výnosnosti s ohledem na očekávaný vývoj ceny a spotřeby v čase. V úvahu jsou brány různé zdroje financování. Součástí práce je podrobná citlivostní analýza, kde jsou výsledky analyzovány a diskutovány.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this thesis is investment studies. The thesis presents an application of statistics and financial mathematics to a real example, specifically the purchase and using bread machines by individual investor. For each strategy is done cost-benefit analysis. Default estimates of consumption of bread are done by the point prediction. Four criteria of return are used for an investment decision, considering expected developments in consumption and prices of bread. It is also used various sources of funding. Finally there is a detailed sensitivity analysis with a discussion and conclusions.en
