| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití podnikových informačních systémů, konkrétně účetních softwarů, ve vybraném podniku. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit funkčnost a přínosy dvou systémů pro vedení účetnictví - vlastního firemního řešení a externího programu Pohoda. Zároveň je cílem posoudit a ověřit, zda je rozhodnutí firmy přejít na jiný účetní software opodstatněné a přínosné z hlediska efektivity firemních procesů. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s podnikem, informačními a účetními systémy. K samotnému zhodnocení systémů v praktické části jsou použity modelové ukázky zadávání účetních operací, SWOT analýza a časová analýza. Tyto nástroje umožňují zhodnotit silné a slabé stránky obou řešení a porovnat jejich využití v každodenním provozu. V závěru práce jsou následně shrnuty získané poznatky, podle nichž je vyvozen závěr, zda je přechod na daný software pro podnik přínosem. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the use of enterprise information systems, specifically accounting software, in a selected company. The main goal is to evaluate the functionality and benefits of two accounting systems - the company's own solution and the external program Pohoda. At the same time, the aim is to assess and verify whether the company's decision to switch to a different accounting software is justified and beneficial in terms of the efficiency of business processes. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic concepts related to the enterprise, information systems, and accounting systems. In the practical part, model examples of entering accounting operations, SWOT analysis and time analysis are used to evaluate the systems themselves. These tools allow for assessing the strengths and weaknesses of both solutions and comparing their use in daily operations. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the knowledge obtained, according to which a conclusion is drawn whether the switch to the given software is beneficial for the company. | en |
