| dc.description.abstract | Tématem předložené diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu Ekofarmy Útušice. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. První kapitola obsahuje teoretické informace o podnikatelském plánu a jeho struktuře. Druhá kapitola se zabývá praktickým vytvořením podnikatelského plánu vybraného podniku. Podnikatelský plán Ekofarmy Útušice se skládá z představení podniku a jeho oboru podnikání. Následuje analýza makroprostředí pomocí PEST analýzy, analýza mezoprostředí pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil a analýza mikroprostředí. Dalšími částmi plánu jsou definice cílu společnosti v letech 2018 2020 a definice nabízených produktů a služeb v tomto období. Následuje analýza konkurence a analýza trhu. Po těchto analýzách následují plány marketingové mixu, výrobní plán a finanční plán. Poté následuje SWOT analýza, která shrnuje hlavní silné, slabé stránky podniku a jeho příležitosti, hrozby. Na závěr diplomové práce jsou definovány hlavní rizika a přínosy podnikatelského plánu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of the thesis is to create a business plan of Ecological farm Útušice. The thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter contains theoretical information about the business plans and its structures. The second chapter deals with the practical creation of a business plan of choosen company. Ecological farm Útušice business plan consists of the presentation of the company's business. Next is the macroenviroment analysis via PEST, the analysis of enviroment via Porter model and the microenviroment analysis. Other parts of the plan are the definitions goals in the years 2018 2020 and the definition of the products and services offered in this period. Next is the analysis of the competition and the analysis of the market. After these analyzes there's the marketing mix plan, production plan and financial plan. Followed by a SWOT analysis, which summarizes the major strengths, weaknesses of the company and its business opportunities and threats. In conclusion, the thesis defines the main risks and the benefits of a business plan. | en |
