| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, které se snaží uvést čtenáře do problematiky průmyslových práv a jejich vymáhání. Úvodní kapitola vymezuje důležité pojmy. Druhá kapitola analyzuje jednotlivá průmyslová práva. Ve třetí kapitole se seznámíme s prostředky ochrany při vymáhání práv v právním řádu ČR. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o úpravě průmyslových práv v EU. V závěru se nachází rozbor judikatury vztahující se k průmyslovým právům. | cs |
