| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce pojednává o roli firemní kultury v implementaci strategie konkrétní firmy. Pro tyto účely byla zvolena společnost Plzeňské městské dopravní podniky. Práce se ve své první části věnuje představení společnosti a její celkové strategické analýze. Po analýzách byla zvolena nejvhodnější strategie k naplnění stanovených strategických cílů. Dále byla zvolená strategie implementována dle metodiky Balanced scorecard. Následuje část, která se již konkrétně věnuje problematice firemní kultury, nejprve teoreticky, poté se dle analýz určuje konkrétní žádoucí kultura pro společnost. Po rozboru charakteristiky interních procesů, resp. prvků důležitých k tvorbě firemní kultury ve společnosti se práce zaměřuje na stávající firemní kulturu, k jejímuž zjištění jsou využity různé metody. Stávající firemní kultura je následně porovnána se žádoucí a jsou navržena opatření změn, která povedou k dosažení žádoucího stavu firemní kultury. Do budoucna se dá nadále pozorovat vývoj společnosti Plzeňské městské dopravní podniky, a doporučené změny mohou být v případě potřeb upraveny. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The present work discusses the role of corporate culture in implementing the strategy of a particular company. The company which was chosen for these purposes is Plzeňské městské dopravní podniky. This work is in its first part deals with the presentation of the company and its overall strategic analysis. After that, it was chosen the most appropriate strategy to meet its strategic objectives. Furthermore was the strategy implemented by the Balanced Scorecard. Next part which has been specifically devoted to the issue of corporate culture, at first theoretically, then according to the analysis determines the specific desired culture for the company. After analyzing the characteristics of internal processes, resp. elements important to the formation of corporate culture in the company, the work is focus on the current corporate culture, to which the findings are used different methods. Than the current corporate culture is compared with a preferred and next the proposed changes are designed which will achieve the preferred sort of corporate culture. In the future, the continue development can be watch in the Plzeňské městské dopravní podniky company, and recommended changes can be adjusted if it be necessary. | en |
