dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je vymezit charakteristické znaky maloobchodních prodejen vietnamské komunity, zpracovat PEST analýzu a SWOT analýzu podnikání vietnamské komunity v maloobchodě a navrhnout vhodná doporučení pro další praxi. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, kde v teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy jako obchod a maloobchod. Dále je zde vysvětleno okolí maloobchodního podniku, typy maloobchodních prodejen, fyzická dostupnost maloobchodních služeb, a nakonec obchodní činnosti v maloobchodě. V praktické části se nachází výzkum, který byl proveden prostřednictvím rozhovorů s majiteli a zákazníky daných prodejen. Následně byla provedena PEST a SWOT analýza na základě těchto rozhovorů. Nakonec byla navržena doporučení, která by mohla vietnamským prodejnám pomoci získat nové zákazníky či zlepšit situaci v prodejně.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to define the characteristics of the retail outlets of the Vietnamese community, to develop a PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of the Vietnamese community's retail business and suggest appropriate recommendations for further practice. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts, where the theoretical part defines the terms such as shop and retail. It also explains the environment of retail business, types of retail outlets, physical accessibility of retail services, and finally the business activities in retail. In the practical part, there is research that was conducted through interviews with the owners and their customers of the stores in question. Subsequently, a PEST and SWOT analysis was conducted based on these interviews. Finally, recommendations were proposed that could help Vietnamese stores to attract new customers or improve the store situation.en
