dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je problematika komunikace mezi učitelem, rodičem a dítětem. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí komunikace, popisuje její druhy a chyby jichž se dopouštíme jak ve vztahu učitel - rodič, tak i ve vztahu učitel - žák. V této části také uvádíme znaky správné a efektivní komunikace. V praktické části se věnujeme výzkumu, který byl proveden dotazníkovou metodou v jedné mateřské škole. Cílem bylo zjistit, do jaké míry učitelky v této mateřské škole v komunikaci chybují. Výsledky jsou zpracovány pomocí grafů a krátkého slovního hodnocení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this Bachelor Thesis is the issue of communication between teacher, parent and child. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical one deals with the definition of communication, describes its types and its mistakes, which we make both in the teacher - parent relationship and also in the teacher - student relationship. In this part we also present the signs of correct and effective communication. The practical part is focused on research, which was conducted by using the questionnaire method in a kindergarten. The aim of this was to find out the extent to which the teachers in this kindergarten make mistakes in communication. The results are processed using graphs and a short verbal evaluation.en
