dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopravní obslužnosti v Plzeňském kraji, tedy zabezpečením veřejné služby v přepravě cestujících. Autor posuzuje ekonomickou náročnost dopravní obslužnosti železniční a zejména autobusové dopravy hrazenou Plzeňským krajem v roce 2011 dle jednotlivých dopravců ve vztahu ujetých kilometrů a kompenzace, tj. částky, kterou za svoji činnost od objednatele obdrží. Zároveň je posuzována výše prokazatelné ztráty u jednotlivých autobusových dopravců, konstrukce jejího výpočtu a alternativní způsob stanovení celkové výše kompenzace. Výsledkem práce je na základě zjištěných skutečností a na základě provedených analýz doporučení pro zvýšení efektivity dopravní obslužnosti v posuzovaném regionu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis applies to the analysis of transportation services in the Pilsner region, thus by ensuring public services in the transport of travelers. The author judges the economic demand of transportation services of railways and mainly bus transport, which is reimbursed by the Pilsner region in the year 2011 depending on individual carriers in relation to travelled kilometers and compensation, it´s sum, which the carrier gets from clients for its operation. At the same time the amount of verifiable loss by individual bus carriers is judged, structure of its calculation and an alternative way of determining the complete amount of compensation. The result of the thesis is based on discovered facts and the analysis which was carried out recommended for increasing the efficiency of transportation services in the considered region.en
