dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu postojů zákazníků k obsluze v zařízeních rychlého stravování. Cílem práce je analyzovat postoje a názory zákazníků restaurací rychlého občerstvení a zjistit klíčové momenty, které ovlivňují spokojenost zákazníků s obsluhou v těchto zařízeních. Teoretická část je věnována pojmům zákazník, spokojenost, stravovacím službám a restauracích rychlého občerstvení. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení subjektů největších řetězců rychlého občerstvení v České republice, dotazníkovému šetření, pozorování obsluhy a rozhovorům se zákazníky a manažerem jedné z představených restaurací rychlého stravování. Závěrečná část práce je věnována doporučením pro zlepšení obsluhy v zařízeních rychlého stravování a shrnutí výsledků analytické části práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor focuses on the analysis of customers' attitudes towards services in fast food restaurants. The objective is to analyze the attitude and opinions of fast food restaurants' customers and to determine key moments that influence the satisfaction of customers with services in these facilities. The theoretical part is dedicated to the explanation of terms such as a customer, satisfaction, catering service and fast food restaurant. The practical part is focused on introducing the biggest chains of fast food restaurants in the Czech Republic. This part includes the questionnaire survey, the observation of services and the interviews with the customers about services as well as with the manager of one of the mentioned fast food restaurants. In the final part, there are suggestions for improvement of the services in fast food restaurants and the summary of the results of analytical part of the bachelor thesis.en
