dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti firmy Rullete Music. Konkurenceschopnost firmy je zhodnocena za pomoci analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy. V práci jsou využity faktory vnitřního prostředí, Porterův model pěti sil a PEST analýza. Výsledky těchto analýz jsou následně shrnuty ve SWOT analýze a za pomoci TOWS matice je stanovena strategie firmy. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti firmy Rullete Music.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis is focused on the competitiveness analysis of the company Rullete Music. Company competitiveness is evaluated with the aid of analysis of internal and external environment. Factors used in this thesis are internal environment, Porter's model of five forces and PEST analysis. The results of these analyzes are summarized in the SWOT analysis and the strategy of the company is formulated with the aid of the TOWS matrix. Suggested measures to improve competitiveness of the company are at the end of this thesis.en
