dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce "Time management v manažerské praxi". Cílem práce je poukázat na pojem time managementu, jeho důležitosti nejen pro manažery, ale i pro všechny ostatní. Dalším cílem je vyobrazit kompetence manažerů, jak je rozvíjet nebo jak se některým naučit. Poukázat na možné špatné řízení času a čím je způsobováno. Jaké nástroje k plánování užívat a jak s nimi nakládat. A v poslední řadě dva pojmy, které se pojí s time managementem a manažery, a to Syndrom vyhoření a "Quiet Quitting". V dotazníkovém šetření bude cílem vyobrazit skutečné užití správy času a plánování v praxi, co a jak motivuje nejen manažery a skutečné setkání se Syndromem vyhoření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis "Time management in managerial practice". The aim of the thesis is to highlight the concept of time management, its importance not only for managers but also for everyone else. Another goal is to depict the competencies of managers, how to develop them or how to teach some of them. To point out possible poor time management and what causes it. Which planning tools to use and how to handle them. And finally, two concepts related to time management and managers: Burnout Syndrome and "Quiet Quitting". The aim of the questionnaire survey is to depict the actual use of time management and planning in practice, what and how motivates not only managers and the real encounter with Burnout Syndrome.en
