dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je diagnostika a analýza pohybových vzorců metodou FMS u dospělých hráčů a hráček florbalu v Plzeňském kraji ve věku od 18 do 40 let. V kvalifikační práci byla popsána charakteristika pohybu a jeho vliv na podpůrný systém, sportovní hra florbal a jeho fyziologické zatížení. Další kapitolou jsou jednoduché diagnostiky, které může pedagog využít v tělovýchovné praxi. Dále je charakterizována postura a její odchylky a pohybový stereotyp. V poslední kapitole je popsána metoda FMS a hodnocení této metody. Jednotlivé testy jsou uvedeny v kapitole metodika práce. Výzkumnou část tvoří samostatné testování, kde jsou uvedeny výsledky a vyhodnocení probandů na základě stanovených hypotéz. Zkoumán je též výsledek v závislosti na pohlaví a na postu hráče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the thesis is to diagnose and analyse movement patterns by FMS method in adult male and female floorball players in the Pilsen region aged 18 to 40 years. In the qualification thesis, the characteristics of movement and its influence on the support system, the sport of floorball and its physiological load were described. The next chapter presents simple diagnostics that can be used by the educator in physical education practice. Furthermore, posture and its deviations and movement stereotype are characterized. The last chapter describes the FMS method and the evaluation of this method. The individual tests are in the methodology chapter. The research part consists of separate testing, where the results and evaluation of probands based on the established hypotheses are presented. The outcome as a function of gender and the position of the player is also investigated.en
