dc.description.abstractV rámci práce byl zkoumán vliv parametrů prostředí na populaci vranky obecné (Cottus gobio) v horských a podhorských tocích v Krkonoších. Byl posuzován vliv sklonitosti toku, substrátu dna, rozměry koryta, křivolakost toku a biotických faktorů, konkrétně ovlivnění populace vranek predačním tlakem pstruha potočního (Salmo trutta). Byly posuzovány parametry prostředí dvanácti toků, ve 33 profilech. Byla zjištěna přítomnost 9 druhů ryb a jednoho druhu mihule-mihule potoční (Lampetra planeri). Práce ověřuje hypotézu negativního ovlivnění vranky jak predací pstruha obecného, tak nevhodnými abiotickými parametry toku a dává si za úkol zjistit vhodné přístupy k managementu toků na posílení populace vranky nejen v Krkonoších.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis researched the impact of environmental parameters on population of the European bullhead (Cottus gobio) in mountain and sub-mountain rivers and streams in the Giant Mountains. The impact of the inclination of river, the bottom substrate, the measurements of riverbed, the curvature of the river as well as biotic factors were researched. articulary affection on the European bullhead population. This population is exposed to water pollution, increased sedimentation as well as predatory attacks from brown trout (Salmo trutta). 33 parts of 12 different mountain rivers and streams were monitored in the Giant Mountains during research from which this thesis draw. The presence of 9 species of fish and 1 species od lamprey (Lampetra planeri) were detected during research. This thesis tests the hypotesis of negative impact on European bullhead population which is caused by predatory attacks from brown trout and incovenient abiotic parameters of rivers and streams.Thesis is also setting as a goal to check up appropriate approaches to management flows in order to increase the population of European bullhead not only in The Giant Mountains but also in other places in Czech Republic.en
