dc.description.abstractUvedená bakalářská práce analyzuje stávající logistiku firmy Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s.r.o., tj. materiálový a informační tok od dodavatelů přes nákup, skladování, výrobu, outsourcing až k dopravě k odběratelům. K vypracování této bakalářské práce bylo využito odborné literatury a osobních konzultací se zaměstnanci firmy. Počáteční část práce se věnuje základním teoretickým poznatkům z oblasti logistiky, které byly následně použity v praktické části. Další část představuje základní informace o firmě a zaměřuje se na zaopatřovací, výrobní, distribuční a zpětnou logistiku ve firmě. V práci jsou v některých kapitolách schémata pro lepší orientaci a přehlednost. Závěrečná část je věnována zhodnocení aktuálního stavu firmy a možnému doporučení, které vychází z praktické části.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe mentioned bachelor thesis analyzes the existing logistics processes of the company Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s.r.o., i.e. material and information flow from suppliers to customers that include purchase, warehouse, production, outsourcing and transportation. Professional literature and personal consultations with the company's employees were used to prepare this bachelor's thesis. The initial part of the work is devoted to basic theoretical knowledge in the field of logistics, which was then used in the practical part. The next part introduduces basic informations about the company and focuses on supply, production, distribution and reverse logistics in the company. In some chapters, diagrams were used for purpose of better orientation and clarity. The final part evaluates the condition in which the company is and, based on the findings in practical part, suggests enhancements to existing processes.en
