dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou defektů dřeva z CT snímků za využití metod zpracování obrazu s cílem vyvinout efektivní způsob pro automatickou detekci. První část práce popisuje implementaci segmentační metody pro detekci trhlin v dřevě. Následuje kapitola věnovaná zpracování a anotaci dat, včetně trénování dvou hlubokých neuronových sítí, YOLO a Mask R-CNN, pro identifikaci dalších defektů na CT snímcích dřeva. Tímto přístupem lze potenciálně zlepšit proces zpracování dřeva a maximalizovat výtěžnost suroviny. Celkově práce přináší poznatky o současných metodách a technikách v oblasti detekce defektů pomocí analýzy CT snímků.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of wood defects from CT images using image processing methods in order to develop an efficient method for automatic detection. The first part of the thesis describes the implementation of a segmentation method for the detection of cracks in wood. This is followed by a chapter devoted to data processing and annotation, including training two deep neural networks, YOLO and Mask R-CNN, to identify additional defects in CT images of wood. This approach can potentially improve the wood processing process and maximize raw material yield. Overall, the work provides insights into current methods and techniques in the field of defect detection using CT image analysis.	en
