dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Fio banka, a. s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy. V praktické části je zhodnocena konkurenceschopnost společnosti, a to pomocí analýz mikro a makrookolí. Dále je využita PEST analýza, Porterům model pěti sil a Benchmarking. Výsledky těchto analýz jsou shrnuty do tabulky SWOT analýzy. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis is focused on the competitiveness analysis of the company Fio banka, a.s. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts. The practical part evaluates the competitiveness of the company using micro and macro analyzes. PEST analysis, Porter´s five forces model and Benchmarking are used in the thesis. Then the results of these analysis are summarized in the table of SWOT analysis. The measures are suggested to improve competitiveness of the company.en
