dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá rozhodováním vysokých škol o právech a povinnostech studentů v českém právním řádu. Cílem této práce je analyzovat právní postavení vysokých škol, průběh správního řízení ve věcech studentů a možnosti přezkumu rozhodnutí jak na úrovni škol, tak ve správním soudnictví. Práce rovněž identifikuje problematické oblasti současné právní úpravy a přináší přehled relevantní judikatury.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the decision-making of universities regarding the rights and obligations of students within the Czech legal system. Its aim is to analyze the legal status of universities, the course of administrative proceedings concerning students, and the possibilities for reviewing decisions both at the university level and in administrative courts. The work also identifies problematic areas of the current legal regulation and provides an overview of relevant case law.en
