Tato skutečnost má mj. za následek existenci nezanedbatelných odchylek od právní úpravy obchodních společností. Jednou z nich je institut shromáždění delegátů družstva; tomu je věnován následující text, s tím, že o (paralelní) úpravě shromáždění delegátů spolku se zde nepojednává.cs
