dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je propojování umělecké a podnikatelské sféry. Plán tohoto projektu byl zpracován z důvodu předcházení možným rizikům, která by mohla průběh projektu ohrozit. Byl sestaven podrobný plán projektu za pomoci metodických a teoretických podkladů z pojmů projektového managementu. Veškeré poznatky z teoretické části této práce byly aplikovány do praktického zpracování plánů. V plánování byl velkým pomocníkem program MS Project, který umožní přehledně plánovat činnosti v projektu, Ganttův diagram, síťový diagram a mnohé další. Výstupem práce se staly praktické poznatky a strategie, včetně plánu komunikace se zainteresovanými stranami, plánu předběžných nákladů, plánu zdrojů aj. Plán je realizovatelný v praxi, čímž byl splněn cíl této práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of this work is the connecting of art and business. Plan of this project was created in order to prevent possible risks, which could significantly affect realization of the project. The detailed plan was created based on methodological and theoretical concepts of project management. All findings from theoretical part were applied into actual plan. MS Project was a great help while planning. In this program can be clearly planned: tasks, Gantt chart, netwrok diagram and many others. As an outcome of this work were practical findings and strategies, including communication plan with stakeholders and planning of resources, costs, etc. The plan is feasible, which means, the work is meeting its objectives.en
