dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problémem teorie emocí v psychologii. Jejím cílem je na základě přehledové rešerše poznatků odborné literatury dát odpověď na otázku, jaké je pole působnosti psychologické teorie emocí a především konceptu emoční inteligence ve vedení lidí a personálním managementu. Na tuto otázku se autorka snaží dát podrobnější odpověď v poslední kapitole práce, ve které dospívá k závěru, že v kompetenčním profilu původně technicky vzdělaných manažerů se objevuje vzdělanostní mezera právě ve znalostech psychiky lidí. Proto je bakalářská práce koncipována i jako prakticky využitelný krátký průvodce světem emocí a emoční inteligence pro ty manažery a personalisty, kteří se o problematice chtějí dozvědět něco více a najít jednoduché praktické rady pro svou práci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this Bachelor's Work is the emotion problem in psychology. Its aim is to give on the base of the expert literature knowledge summarizing research the answer for the question: What is field of activity of the psychological emotion theory and especially of the emotional intelligence concept for people leading and personnel management. The author is trying to give the detailed answer for this question in the last chapter of her work. She has come to the conclusion that in the authority profile of the originally technical well-educated managers appears erudition gap just in the knowledge of the people psychical. Therefore this Bachelor's Work is conceived also as a practically exploitable short guide in the world of emotions and emotional intelligence for the managers and the human resources officers who want to learn something more about this problem and to find simple practical advices for their job.en
