dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení výkonnosti vybrané organizace pomocí nástrojů finanční a nefinanční analýzy a navrhnutí možnosti jejího zvýšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování pojmu výkonnost, popsání nástrojů finanční analýzy a popsána metoda Balanced Scorecard. V praktické části jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části na vybranou organizaci, kterou je Wolfstein s.r.o. Předmětem činnosti společnosti je nabízení a zajišťování telekomunikačních služeb. Práce je završena navrhnutím možných opatření pro zlepšení výkonnosti organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPurpose of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the performance of the chosen organization using the tools of financial and non-financial analysis and offer suggestion for increasing said performance. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on defining the concept of performance, description of tools of financial analysis and Balanced scorecard method. The practical part contains application of knowledge from the theoretical part on the selected organization, Wolfstein s .r. o. Subject of the company´s activities is offering and provision of telecommunication services. The thesis is completed by offering possible measures to improve the performance of the organization.en
