dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice rodinných firem. Řeší odlišnosti mezi rodinnými a nerodinnými podniky, řízení rodinných firem, jejich zdroje financování a otázku nástupnictví. Zabývá se také základními právními formami podnikání a jejich specifikací z hlediska účetnictví a daní. V praktické části je provedena analýza vybraného rodinného podniku. K analýze se využívají účetní výkazy firmy, internetové a interní zdroje. Cílem této bakalářské práce je doporučit na základě provedeného šetření vybrané rodinné firmě postupy, které by mohly napomoci vylepšit její stávající situaci v oblasti financí a v oblasti jejího dalšího vývoje.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the issue of family businesses. It replies the differences between family and non-family business, the management of family business, their sources of funding and the issue of succession. It also deals with the basic legal forms of business and their specifications in terms of accounting and taxes. In the practical part is analysis of a selected family business. The company´s financial statements, internet and internal resources are used for the analysis. The aim of this work is based on the analysis to propose recommendations for a specific family business. Recommendations could improve the current situation of the company in terms of its financial position and further development.en
