dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá finančním řízením neziskových organizací se zaměřením na fundraising. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné vymezení finančního řízení a neziskového sektoru. Dále je pozornost věnována fundraisingu a představení zdrojů, které mohou neziskové organizace získat. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu zdrojů financování s cílem navrhnout další možnosti získávání finančních prostředků. Analyzován je vývoj a poměrové zastoupení jednotlivých zdrojů financování organizace v letech 2010-2015. Pro analýzu byla vybrána příspěvková organizace územního samosprávného celku. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou navrženy další možné oblasti získávání finančních prostředků, které mohou napomoci rozvoji organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the financial management of the non-profit organizations, especially fundraising. The theoretical part deals with the general definition of financial management and non-profit sector. The rest of the theoretical part provides description of the fundraising and sources of funding that the non-profint organizations can get. The practical part is focused on the analysis of sources of financing in order to propose other possibilities of obtaining funds. Analysed are the development and proportional representation of individual sources of financing of the organization in 2010-2015. The contribution organization of the territorial self-governing unit was chosen for the analysis. On the basis of the analysis, other possible areas of funding are proposed that can help the organization to develop.en
