| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti společnosti AVE sběrné suroviny, a. s. působící v odvětví odpadního hospodářství. Analýza makroprostředí je provedena pomocí PEST analýzy. V analýze mezoprostředí byl použit Porterův model pěti sil. Analýza mikroprostředí se skládá z finanční analýzy, benchmarkingu a následné SWOT analýzy. V závěru práce je provedena predikce vývoje oboru činnosti podniku a poté jsou podány návrhy na zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. | cs |
