dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá konceptem Průmysl 4.0 a jeho vlivy na zaměstnanost v konkrétním podniku, který se snaží tento koncept implementovat. Pomocí metody kvalitativního výzkumu je zde zkoumáno, jak se podnik postavil k otázce zaměstnanosti v souvislosti s nastupující průmyslovou revolucí. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy bezprostředně související s Průmyslem 4.0, jeho historií a technologiemi. Dále jsou zde definovány základní pojmy v otázce lidských zdrojů a následně zhodnoceny dopady nastupující průmyslové revoluce na zaměstnanost. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat vybraný podnik z hlediska implementace jednotlivých segmentů Průmyslu 4.0 a jejich vlivu na zaměstnanost lidí ve firmě. Ve druhé části práce jsou tak pomocí metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů sesbírána data a na základě jejich vyhodnocení vytvořen návrh opatření, který by mohla firma aplikovat v budoucnu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the concept of Industry 4.0 and its effects on employment in a specific company that is trying to implement this concept. Using a qualitative research method, it examines how the enterprise has approached the issue of employment in the context of the emerging industrial revolution. The theoretical part of the thesis defines concepts directly related to Industry 4.0, its history and technologies. It also defines the basic concepts of human resources and then assesses the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on employment. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the selected company in terms of the implementation of the different segments of Industry 4.0 and their impact on the employment of people in the company. Therefore, in the second part of the thesis, data are collected using the method of semi-structured interviews and based on their evaluation, a proposal of measures that the company could apply in the future is made.en
