dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se věnuje rozboru a následnému zhodnocení hospodaření a využívání zdrojů vybrané neziskové organizace. První část práce je teoretická a je zde charakterizován neziskový sektor jako celek a rozdělení neziskových organizací dle různých klasifikací. Dále se tato část věnuje právním formám neziskových organizací se zaměřením na nestátní neziskové organizace. V závěru teoretické části je definováno financování a stručná charakteristika neziskových organizací. V praktické části je vybraná nezisková organizace popsána, jsou představeny její poslání a cíle, portfolio služeb a organizační struktura. Následně je provedena analýza hospodaření zahrnují analýzu výnosů, nákladů a výsledku hospodaření. Závěr práce je věnován detailní analýze zdrojů organizace a následným opatřením na zlepšení finanční situace organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis introduces analysis and subsequent evaluation of management and use of resources of selected non-profit organization. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and there is characterize non-profit sector as a whole and division of non-profit organizations according to different classifications. Furthermore, this part deals with the legal forms of non-profit organizations focusing on non-governmental non-profit organizations. At the end of the theoretical part is define the financing and brief characteristics of non-profit organizations. In the practical part the selected non-profit organization is describe, its mission and goals, portfolio of services and organizational structure are present. Subsequently, a financial analysis is perform, including the analysis of revenues, costs and profit. The conclusion is devoted to a detailed analysis of the organization's resources and subsequent measures to improve the financial situation of the organization.en
