dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá řízením rizik v daném projektu, každý projekt má specifická rizika. Práce byla rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je představit společnost, analyzovat prostředí, definovat a vysvětlit pojmy z oblasti řízení rizik. Praktická část popisuje analýzu projektových rizik ve společnosti v rámci jednoho z připravovaných projektů, konkrétně je popsán projekt přestavby gastro-oddělení. Součástí práce je rejstřík rizik, logický rámec, popis samotného projektu a vyhodnocení rizik. Závěr práce poskytuje doporučení pro firmu, která mohou firmě pomoci lépe zvládat rizika.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with risk management in a project, each project has specific risks. The thesis was divided into theoretical and practical parts. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce the company, analyze the environment, define and explain the concepts of risk management. The practical part describes the analysis of project risks in the company in the context of one of the upcoming projects, specifically the project for the reconstruction of the gastro-department is described. The work includes a risk register, a logical framework, a description of the project itself and a risk assessment. The thesis concludes with recommendations for the company that can help the company to better manage risks.en
